Listing tax on every buy and sell

Paid to the listing fund in the same transaction as each trade. Locked: it can't change until the coin is listed.

I understand the listing tax is locked once launched, the bridge (Relay) and the launch are run for me by OtterPad, the listing fund is held by OtterPad and listings are bought by hand, so a Hyperliquid listing isn't guaranteed.
